Today we are happy to share that the PC version of theHunter: Call of the Wild will soon receive support for AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR).
Coming to all PC platforms on February 22 with the release of the Modern Rifle Pack DLC, FSR is a solution designed to produce high resolution frames from lower resolution inputs. Using state-of-the-art upscaling technologies, it helps boost frame rates and deliver high-quality, high-resolution gaming experiences – without the need to upgrade to a new graphics card.
For our players, this means being able to enjoy the game with even greater performance!
FSR brings a wealth of options with four modes to choose from: Ultra Quality, Quality, Balanced, and Performance. Ultra Quality mode produces an image with quality almost identical to native rendering, whereas Performance mode favours increased framerates. Tinker with each mode and find your favorite!
Enabling FSR is easy. Simply open the game and go to Settings → Graphics → AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0.
FSR runs on a large variety of GPUs and also supports select NVIDIA graphics cards. To learn more about the technology and if your graphics hardware is supported, please visit the AMD website and scroll down to the “Supported Graphics Hardware” section.
